EMDR Intensives

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy approach that helps individuals process and heal from trauma, distressing experiences, anxiety, relationship wounds, and deeply held negative beliefs. EMDR works by helping the brain and nervous system reprocess experiences that may feel emotionally “stuck,” allowing clients to move toward greater emotional freedom, clarity, and self-trust.

For clients who are ready for deeper trauma processing, EMDR Intensives offer an extended, focused therapy experience designed to support meaningful healing in a concentrated format.
