EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps individuals process and heal from trauma, distressing experiences, anxiety, relational wounds, and negative beliefs that continue to feel “stuck.” EMDR supports the brain and nervous system in moving toward resolution so clients can experience greater clarity, emotional freedom, and self-trust. EMDR intensives lasting between 2-4 hours are available for private pay on Fridays and Saturdays as well as during regular 53 minutes individual sessions covered by insurance.

Walking Sessions
Walking therapy sessions offer a grounded, movement-based approach for clients who feel more regulated, open, or connected while walking outdoors. These sessions can support nervous system regulation, reduce feelings of stagnation, and create a more natural environment for reflection and processing.

Telehealth Sessions
Virtual therapy sessions provide flexibility and accessibility while still offering meaningful depth and connection, allowing clients to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own space while maintaining continuity of care with busy schedules and life transitions.

In-Office Sessions
In-person sessions offer a calming and supportive space designed to help clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage in deeper therapeutic work. The office environment is intentionally warm, grounding, and centered around emotional safety and authenticity.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on improving communication, emotional connection, conflict repair, and relational understanding. Therapy helps couples identify patterns that create disconnection while building healthier ways of relating, expressing needs, and navigating conflict together.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides space to explore anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, life transitions, burnout, self-worth, relationship patterns, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions are tailored to each client and integrate insight, nervous system awareness, and practical tools that support change.

Family Therapy
Family therapy supports families in improving communication, navigating conflict, strengthening emotional connection, and creating healthier relational dynamics. Sessions may focus on parenting challenges, transitions, generational patterns, or rebuilding trust and understanding within the family system.

LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy
Therapy is offered from an affirming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental perspective that honors each client’s identity and lived experience. Clients are supported in exploring relationships, identity development, life transitions, trauma, self-expression, and emotional wellbeing within a safe and validating therapeutic space. All are welcome.
